baby steps

oh, hey, i forgot... it's weigh-in friday. and the scale doth reveal: 202. that's 7.5 pounds since january 4th. not bad, considering i haven't been able to run much. that'll do, donkey, that'll do...

thanks, bug. i managed to get myself down to about 175 a couple of years ago, so i'm going to eclipse that this time. i'm lucky that i've not reached that brick wall like you have. but even though you're weight hasn't changed, i'm sure you're body fat % has. you're probably replacing fat with muscle, and that's why you're not seeing any weight loss.
